Using the service

You must be at least eighteen years old and reside in Argentina to create an account and access Warmspirit Creative courses. Provide accurate personal details during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Use the platform responsibly and refrain from any activity that could harm other users or the service infrastructure.

Course access and payment

Course prices are displayed in Argentine pesos (ARS) and are subject to change. Upon purchase you receive immediate access to the selected materials for the stated duration. Review your order details carefully before completing payment. All sales are final once access credentials have been issued.

Acceptable use

You may not upload or distribute malicious code, engage in scraping, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt service availability. Any behavior that violates Argentine law or infringes upon the rights of Warmspirit Creative or fellow learners is prohibited.

Intellectual property

All course content, designs, and resources remain the exclusive property of Warmspirit Creative. Your license is limited to personal, non-commercial study. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any materials is strictly forbidden.

User submissions

Exercises, feedback, or projects you submit grant Warmspirit Creative a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for improving the curriculum and showcasing student work in anonymized form.

Cancellations and changes

You may request account deletion by contacting us. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
